Deceased Fingerprint Pendant

Upon ordering a Silver Jewellery piece, the following will take place.

Fingerprint Jewellery: A Fingerprint Kit will be dispatched to you within 1-2 days by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.  You take your kit to the Funeral Home where you or the funeral director can take the fingerprint in the supplied moulding putty.  There is enough putty for two attempts and we will choose the best one when we receive the fingerprint moulds back in the SAE. 

Local Customers: For Customers in Cardiff and surrounding areas, please email or call us if you wish to make an appointment at our studio in Lisvane, Cardiff and we can take supply you with a kit or we can arrange to go to the funeral directors and take the prints ourselves.  Collection of your Silver Jewellery is free.

Product Cancellation & Returns

The following cancellation policy does not apply to personalised products, which are strictly non-refundable.  The only exception to this will be if the item is faulty or if we have incorrectly supplied the item which was ordered.  Please check the order carefully.  In the event that we have made a mistake, please contact us by emailing incywincykeepsakes@gmail.com or by telephone 07578436423.

For non-personalised items, if you wish to cancel any order purchased via the on-line shop, you may do so up to 7 days after the date of delivery.  All notices of cancellation must be sent to Incy Wincy Keepsakes in writing.

If you cancel an order after delivery, the goods must be returned at your own expense to Incy Wincy Keepsakes within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.

If you are unable to return the goods, you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.  You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge.  We will be entited to charge you ( an equivalent amount to the delivery charge) for this collection.  These conditions will apply in the event of any discount/ special offer applied to delivery charges.

We will not be liable for any cost incurred in the return of cancelled goods.

In the event of cancellation, you will be advised to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.

Turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks but this may be longer during busy periods. The finished Silver Jewellery will be sent back to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery - £9.85 (INSURED and RECOMMENDED) or Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery - £14.25 (UNINSURED).   Collection is free from Incy Wincy Keepsakes.
