Your use of any information on this website is at your own risk for which we are not liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the services, products and information meet your own requirements.
Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, holiday, addition of new functionality and repairs or for reasons beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any costs which may be incurred by you as a result.
We reserve the right to refuse any customer.
We reserve the right to photograph items made and display them on our website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Product Prices and Specifications
We reserve the right to change specifications, availability of products or discontinue products at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products at anytime without notice. Current prices supersede those given in previous price lists.
All prices quoted exclude delivery unless specifially included.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible but sizes and design may occasionally vary slightly.
Orders can be placed in person, via the telephone, email or on-line at
Order confirmations will be emailed to you.
If you live locally, you may wish to save on delivery charges and collect the order yourself. Please choose the Collection option on checkout so as not to incur a fee.
Please mention by emailing at the time of ordering if specific goods are required for a special date. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your Silver Jewellery in time for a special date.
Fingerprint and Handprint Kits
We aim to dispatch kits within 2 working days from receiving payment for your order.
The Fingerprint kit contains enough putty to take 2 impressions and we will pick the best one to work from. The Handprint Kit will contain an inkless wipe and some coated paper. If we are unable to use the prints you have sent to us, we will notify you and there will be a charge of £3 per Fingerprint kit or £5 per Handprint Kit to send you replacements. We also ask you to sign that you are happy for us to use the prints you have supplied.
If your kit gets lost in the post, this is beyond our control.
We will inform you when you when your kit has been despatched and also when we receive it back from you.
Your prints will be kept on file for 2 years and you can reorder any of our products in this time using it. Please mention that you have a Fingerprint or Handprint on file at checkout.
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed on this website or in person at an appointment at the studio.
Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value.
Vouchers are not transferable or assignable.
Please redeem your voucher by typing in the code at check out.
Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
Incy Wincy keepsakes is not responsible if a gift certificate or a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Payments can be accepted by credit or debit card using Paypal via or by cash, cheque and internet banking during face to face transactions. If you require our bank details, please call 029 2076 5304 or 07590 437224.
Goods shall remain the property of Incy Wincy Keepsakes until full payment has been received. Full payment for goods is required before despatch. Please remember that goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared. Therefore, please allow a minimum of 4 working days for a cheque to clear (once banked).
Finished items are despatched within 21 days of receiving the impression kit back from the customer.
At busy times of the year such as Christmas, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day Production turnaround times may be longer. Full details will appear on the website and we will contact customers where appropriate. Incy Wincy Keepsakes is unable to accept responsibility for delays beyond their immediate control.
Your invoice will be attached to your order.
Delivery of UK Orders
Fingerprint Kits and Handprint Kits are sent out by Royal Mail First Class Delivery within 2 working days from receiving your order and payment in full. A SAE is included in the kit for you to return the prints to us. This is included within the price of the Silver Jewellery.
All Finished Silver Jewellery Items will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (£7.50) it is an insured (up to £500) and trackable service and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery of International Orders
Fingerprint Kits and Handprint Kits are sent out by Royal Mail International Airmail within 2 working days from receiving your order and payment in full. This is included within the price of the Silver Jewellery. Please note that the cost of returning the prints is to be met by the purchaser. However, most return packages are light and weigh between 50g-100g.
All Finished Silver Jewellery Items will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (£12.50). A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please allow for reasonable delivery times following estimated production times. Items cannot be tracked after leaving the UK. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order which are usually marked as 'GIFTS'. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations. Incy Wincy Keepsakes does not take responsibility for delays in delivery.
Late/Non Arrival of Delivery
If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive within the quoted delivery timescale, please contact us by emailing . In the event of a non-delivery, we can only allow a replacement / refund after 20 working days have passed. This is the timescale set by Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.
Checking the Delivery
Please make sure that you check your items as soon as possible after delivery.
Where possible, damaged goods and order anomalies should be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Out of Stocks/ Back Orders
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the choice of a refund (including delivery costs), placement of the product on back order or an alternative product.
From time to time, we show links to other websites of interest. This does not imply endorsement of these sites. We bear no responsibility for the content of these sites.
Should you find it necessary to make a complaint, please email us at giving as much information as possible regarding the issue. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint by the next working day and resolve your complaint within 10 working days.
Caring for your Jewellery
All jewellery is delicate and susceptible to damage and scratching. Solid silver is a relatively soft metal and we recommend that you remove your jewellery when doing manual work such as housework or gardening. To maintain the original condition of your silver jewellery, polish your pieces regularly using a non-abrasive cleaning cloth. Avoid using commercial silver dips as they may remove the antiquing finish. Regularly check all fittings for wear and tear. When not in use store your jewellery carefully and separately.
