Our Handprint Keyrings are popular gifts for everyone - Dads, Mums and Grandads alike. They are especially good for those who don't wear jewellery but would like to have a personal keepsake. You can choose from a triangular keyring fitting on a chain (£5) or a round keyring fitting which is attached through a hole in your keepsake. Your finished Silver Jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a grey card gift box, in a white gift bag.

Shapes: Heart (2.9cm), Circle (2.6cm), Square (2.3cm). Sizes are approximate.

Number of Prints: 1-3 Prints. We can use the handprints and footprints from the following combinations: One, two or three children. The first two prints are included in the price of the keyring. An additional print costs £10.

Upon ordering a Silver Jewellery piece, the following will take place.

Handprint Jewellery: A Handprint Kit wil be dispatched to you within 1-2 days by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. You take your child's Handprint/Footprint using the supplied inkless wipes and paper. There is enough paper for several attempts and we will choose the best one when we receive the handprints back in the SAE.
Local Customers: For Customers in Cardiff and surrounding areas, please email or call us if you wish to make an appointment at our studio in Lisvane, Cardiff and we can take your child’s prints for you. Collection of your Silver Jewellery is free.
Product Cancellation & Returns
The following cancellation policy does not apply to personalised products, which are strictly non-refundable. The only exception to this will be if the item is faulty or if we have incorrectly supplied the item which was ordered. Please check the order carefully. In the event that we have made a mistake, please contact us by emailing incywincykeepsakes@gmail.com or by telephone07578436423.
For non-personalised items, if you wish to cancel any order purchased via the on-line shop, you may do so up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be sent to Incy Wincy Keepsakes in writing.
If you cancel an order after delivery, the goods must be returned at your own expense to Incy Wincy Keepsakes within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.

If you are unable to return the goods, you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. We will be entited to charge you ( an equivalent amount to the delivery charge) for this collection. These conditions will apply in the event of any discount/ special offer applied to delivery charges.
We will not be liable for any cost incurred in the return of cancelled goods.
In the event of cancellation, you will be advised to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
