Product Cancellation & Returns
The following cancellation policy does not apply to personalised products, which are strictly non-refundable. The only exception to this will be if the item is faulty or if we have incorrectly supplied the item which was ordered. Please check the order carefully. For non-personalised items, if you wish to cancel any order purchased via the on-line shop, you may do so up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be sent to Incy Wincy Keepsakes in writing.
If you cancel an order after delivery, the goods must be returned at your own expense to Incy Wincy Keepsakes within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.

If you are unable to return the goods, you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. We will be entited to charge you ( an equivalent amount to the delivery charge) for this collection. These conditions will apply in the event of any discount/ special offer applied to delivery charges.
We will not be liable for any cost incurred in the return of cancelled goods.
In the event of cancellation, you will be advised to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
